In 1987 I received my Bachelors degree from Washington State University in Business Administration/Marketing. Since my graduation I have always worked in sales: property management, the marketing department of Washington Natural Gas and real estate sales.

My husband was one of the founders and owners of the Arnies and Coho Café restaurants. We lived in Woodway and hustled between the four restaurants located in Mukilteo, Redmond, Issaquah and Edmonds.
Corporate burnout was our reality, but we dreamed of a better life.
We dreamed of living in the charming town of lake Chelan, and enjoying the pace of small town life surrounded by recreation, yet still within commuting distance to our businesses.


In 2003 we mustered our courage and made the break. We enrolled our boys in Lake Chelan High School, my husband commuted a few days a week and I started my lake Chelan real estate career in 2004.
I drew upon many experiences to become a successful agent:

  1. From many years in the restaurant business I have a huge contact base in Seattle. I also know that word of mouth referrals are the most important aspect of growing any business. I work tirelessly to gain your trust and respect. I handle the multitude of details and represent you first and foremost. I use every resource to remove the stress of buying or selling property.
  2. I generate excitement and relate my enthusiasm to all buyers interested in the area, because after all, my family and I chose lake Chelan as our dream location. We are living the dream! We are enriched every day.
  3. My background taught me the importance of Brand Franchise. I choose Windermere as my brokerage, however, I know that real success has to come from the capability to harmoniously network with every agent in every brokerage.
  4. I am thankful for the success I have attained as an agent in Chelan. With humility, I can tell you that after my initial year I have been in the top 10 percentile of all agents for the past six years.
